The mountains cry out (Romans 1)

The stars glisten at the touch of their Creator’s fingertips, mirroring the splendor of their Father and shining His praises to every heart that wants to taste and see.

The mountaintops sing out His power and might, striking through the clouds and declaring His marvelous works.

They all cry – Don’t simply stop at my beauty. Behold the One who wrote our very existence. Oh but that you would gaze on me and wonder, there must be more. To what purpose is this greatness? Please, don’t miss why I’m here.

A babe’s first cry…

A butterfly taking flight

A child’s pleasure in being noticed

A touch of dew in the still morning dawn

A groom awaiting his bride

All singing out. All pointing to He who is greater and is yet in it all. Drawing His creation in with a gentleness and love that only the most intimate would dare even dream. It is He…

In every sunset

In every breaking of new day

In every whisper amidst a light wind

Soften, oh heart, and see what it is all for. Who it is all from. And delight in the goodness of He who formed you and delighted in you first. A Faithful and oh so Worthy Pursuer beckoning our hearts through every single piece of glory straight from Glory Himself, dazzling the world with His wonders and inviting us into Love who has always been and always will be. From the first light of creation, to when every eye will one day see the Truth. It was Him all along.
